About

Software, photography and filmmaking, usually somewhere between a keyboard and a camera.

Biography

I was born in 1997 and I come from Radziechowy. These days I live in Katowice and work in Bielsko-Biała.

I studied Computer Science at the University of Silesia. Today I work as a software developer and collaborate with Selleo.

Outside of work, I spend a lot of time with a camera in my hand. Photography and filmmaking have been part of my life for years and are probably the things I enjoy most after coding.

Software

My journey into IT started at IBM, later Kyndryl, where I worked as a mainframe computer operator. I spent about a year there before moving into software development and starting my work with Selleo.

Most of my work is around the Node.js ecosystem. Right now I am working on a project built with Ember.js and Node.js. I also really enjoy working with Python whenever I get the chance.

What I like most about programming is building things that actually work, solving problems and constantly finding better ways to do something.

Photography & filmmaking

I first picked up a camera around 2010 when I was running a small club TV channel for my local football team, GKS Radziechowy-Wieprz. That was where my interest in filming and editing really started.

A little later I got into photography. I started with sports photography, then experimented with portraits and different kinds of shoots.

These days I am mostly interested in street photography and analog photography. I like capturing ordinary moments, places and people without overthinking them.

From time to time I also take photos at meetups, conferences and other tech events.
